I like the card system, much easier to use than coins. It’s very clean and plenty of dryers and washers to use. People are generally quiet when I come in so it’s peaceful, in addition it is open late enough to do my laundry after work which is helpful.
I have been attending this laundry mat since the summer of 2023, it has always been a great experience. The male attendant helped me when I first began coming and is always friendly. However, the African American woman recently was very disrespectful. She accused of me being someone who was sitting around the laundry mat at night outside with nothing to wash and asked me if I knew the other attendant named Jeff.
I told her no and she said, "Well you look like that girl that was here." She was aggressive when asking. She kept staring at me as if she knew me. I did not appreciate her doing that towards me. I am a customer and no one needs to ask me or any other customer personal questions especially if I am a stranger to you and you don't know who I am.
I was uncomfortable.
This place is really awesome. The washing process is quick and clean. There are places to sit, snacks, and tv’s to enjoy the whole washing process. Definitely recommend.
Omg THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC I just moved into the area and unfortunately my dryer went out so I am in process of replacing it but until then I’m drying my clothes outside my house and I found this place and I love it it’s quite and clean and i actually like the coins-less machine the manager is very nice and professional nothing but good vibes here I like it
